- 3.Missed payment recovery grows linearly to half recovery over 24 months (roughly 20 points per missed payment, half-recovered)
- 4.Projected score at month M = current score + utilization gain (applied immediately) + inquiry recovery(M) + missed-payment recovery(M), clamped to 300–900
